Allianz's Front Door
The Allianz homepage was haemorrhaging users. A 72% drop-off rate and a layout that screamed car insurance. I led the redesign to fix that, resulting in 7% more quote starts and a 20% drop in bounce rate.

Thousands of Telstra customers had no way to upgrade their device online without calling in. I led the UX for a new self-serve upgrade journey, cutting call centre volumes by 10% in its first month.
